Active Prospects 2025/26 Annual Impact Report

306 people supported. A 96% placement success rate across our services. And 100% of families and friends who responded said our colleagues treat their loved one with kindness, dignity and respect.

This year also saw 104 autistic adults receive personalised wellbeing coaching, more than 6,000 health and social care professionals trained and over 50 paid roles created for people with lived experience.

Our report shows the progress we have made across five areas:

  • Supporting people to lead aspiring lives
  • Strengthening lived-experience voice and influence
  • Being an employer of choice
  • Developing creative approaches and partnerships
  • Building a resilient, sustainable and equitable organisation

It brings together our achievements and spotlights the people, partnerships and ideas that made them possible.

Thank you to the people we support, families, colleagues, volunteers and partners who helped shape our year.
