Gift in Wills

Fund the future of Active Prospects, by leaving a gift in your will

By leaving a gift in your Will you will help us support more people who have learning disabilities, physical and mental health needs, and autistic people each year to live full and aspiring lives.

Your gift to Active Prospects could go towards:

  • Expert advice and essential one-to-one support.
  • Activities and specialist equipment to enhance the lives of the people we support.
  • Funding supported housing to support more people with disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Respite care for families in need of support.

How to leave a gift in your will

Making or changing a Will to include Active Prospect is straightforward. All you need to do is chat to a solicitor who will give you all the support you need.

Before you go to the solicitor, it’s a good idea to think about what type of gift you’d like to leave. We’re so grateful for any gifts in Wills – even 1% of your estate could make a huge difference to the people we support.

What types of gifts can you leave to Active Prospects?

Gift in wills can be a share of your estate, a cash gift or something specific such as jewellery or antiques. Whatever you choose to donate will help us support people who have learning disabilities, physical and mental health needs.

If you would like to let us know

If you decide to include us in your Will, or have already done so, we won’t know in your lifetime unless you choose to tell us. If you would like to let us know, please email info@activeprospects.org.uk
