Richard Kurn chosen as CQC Ambassador

Active Prospects is proud to announce that Richard Kurn, who is part of our Active Prospects family, is one of the Ambassadors chosen to feature in the Care Quality Commission’s new digital photo series. Seven ambassadors from across the country have been chosen by the CQC, which is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. The series shines a light on the experiences of people with a learning disability and autistic people using health and social care.

When asked about his life and home, Richard said, “I am happy in my new home, and I want to thank my care workers for everything they do to make me feel at home.”

Richard has been supported by Active Prospects for more than ten years. For the last few years, he has had a part-time paid job at our Head Office in Reigate.
