Wordsworth Mead – Supported Living

Wordsworth Mead is a single occupancy, ground floor flat in a quiet residential area in Redhill.

What support is available

There are no staff based on site, as this is a general needs housing association flat, and Active Prospects only provide outreach support to the tenant. The flat is suitable for someone with minimal mobility needs, but is not fully accessible and not suitable for wheelchair users. Once someone has been assessed by us as suitable for our support there is an additional application process for their social worker to complete with the landlord.
