What support is available
There are no staff based on site, as this is a general needs housing association flat, and Active Prospects only provide outreach support to the tenant. The flat is suitable for someone with minimal mobility needs, but is not fully accessible and not suitable for wheelchair users. Once someone has been assessed by us as suitable for our support there is an additional application process for their social worker to complete with the landlord.
The property is ground floor and offers a small entrance lobby, open plan sitting/dining room with archway into the kitchen, one bedroom and one wet room with shower. The property is unfurnished, and the landlord does not provide white goods.
Redhill offers excellent transport links, including a railway station and a range of bus routes, and Gatwick airport, London, Brighton, and the nearby towns of Reigate and Crawley, are easily accessible. There is a range of local shops include a supermarket, and various local and national shops, a local leisure centre, and other sporting facilities; and East Surrey College.
