Three Bridges Road is a female-only service designed to meet the needs of adult women (18+years) with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
What support is available
The service provides 24 hours a day shared support, plus assessed 1:1 support hours where required. Individuals will be supported by staff that receive Active Prospects Complex Needs Training Pathway comprising of 2 weeks of induction training and an on-going development training programme, including Positive Behaviour Support, Mental Health Awareness, Mental Health First Response, Addictions, Trauma Informed Approaches, MAYBO conflict resolution and Autism.
Facilities
Three Bridges Road is a detached supported living service comprised of 4 one bedroom flats and additional shared communal lounge. Individuals hold an assured shorthold tenancy, pay rent and bills. They are supported with budgeting and to apply for benefits including housing benefit. The service offers support that prioritises Wellbeing, utilising a goal planning and skill development approach. This enables people supported to identify, track and achieve outcomes in our Wellbeing Outcomes Framework
Local area
Three Bridges has excellent transport links to the surrounding area, as well as train links to London. Locally, there are a range of facilities, including a shopping centre, supermarkets, GP practices, dentists and a gym, as well as cinema and various restaurants and pubs
