Thorndon Gardens provides accommodation for 5 people with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability.
What support is available
Staff are on site 24/7 with waking staff at night. Each person has personalised support, and their own outcome-focused support plan. These are regularly reviewed and updated to meet people’s changing needs. Each person has a key worker of their choosing, and is supported by a small, dedicated, team of staff who provide consistent, high quality support.
Facilities
There are 2 ground floor bedrooms and 3 on the first floor. Each person has their own bedroom, and shared bathroom on the first floor, with an additional toilet on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen, separate dining room, and large sitting room. There are gardens to the front and side of the property, and a driveway for parking.
Local area
The service is located in Ewell, a sought after village, providing a range of shops and amenities, as well as excellent transport links. Facilities include: sports clubs, GP surgery and dentist, museum, pharmacy, a range of shops and local pubs and restaurants.
