Ruxley Lane offers 3 self-contained flats.

What support is available

Support is flexible, and will be provided to meet the needs of each individual. 24-hour support is available if required. Each person has their own outcome focused support plan, and personalised active support plan. These are regularly reviewed and adapted to meet the changing needs of the individual as required. The experienced, well trained and supported team, work with each person prior to move-in to ensure a smooth transition. Each person has a key worker, and will be introduced to a small team who work closely together to provide a consistent, and high quality service.

Facilities

Each flat has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. There is one ground floor flat and two flats on the first floor; as well as a communal lounge, well-kept garden, and office/sleep-in space for staff. For applicants with specific needs, these will be considered and incorporated into the design of the property, where possible.

Local area

Located in Ewell, a sought after village, providing a range of shops and amenities, as well as excellent transport links. Facilities include: sports clubs, GP surgery and dentist, museum, pharmacy, a range of shops and local pubs and restaurants.
