Overdale, situated in Ashtead offers a supported living service, providing bespoke 24/7 support to two young adults with a learning disability, autism spectrum disorder and/or mental health needs.
What support is available
The staffing allows for shared support and dedicated 1:1 hours to enable people to build their independence and confidence in a comfortable and nurturing environment. The staff are trained to use a Positive Behaviour Support framework including Active Support, Inclusive Communication and utilise a wellbeing model to help people identify, set and achieve their own personal outcomes.
Facilities
Overdale provides space for 2 people, comprising of 2 newly renovated ensuite bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, living/dining room and a large garden perfect for sport, barbecues and those that are green fingered!
Local area
Ashtead has plenty of shops, leisure and community centre, restaurants and cafes. The service is a short walk from the railway station, which offers easy access to Guildford, Dorking and into London.
