Overview

Oldfield is a specialist service for people who have come out of a long-term stay in hospital. The service can support up to 2 adults with learning disabilities, autism & behaviour of concerns.

What support is available

The service is staffed 24 hours day. Support is flexible according to the needs of the individual. The people we support have their own outcome-focused support plans, and personalised active support plans. These are regularly reviewed and adapted to meet the changing needs of the individual as required. There is a small team which works closely together to provide a consistent and high quality service.

Facilities

One en-suite bedroom, one activity room (which could be turned into a 2nd bedroom), large lounge with double doors to access a garden with a small patio area. One toilet / wet room and a kitchen. There is a small cabin currently used for staff.

Local area

The property is within 10 minutes walk to Horley town centre, 20 minutes drive to Redhill and Crawley. It has excellent public transport links, including a railway station, a range of bus stops within walking distance and Gatwick airport. London and Brighton can be reached via a direct train line. There is a range of local shops include a supermarket, a local leisure centre, and other sporting facilities; and East Surrey College.
