Horley House – Supported Living

Horley House is a supported living service for people with a mental health diagnosis.

What support is available

The service provides daytime shared support, and 1-1 support can be provided if required. At night there is 1 sleep-in staff to provide emergency support if needed. We can provide waking night staff if required. Currently the expectation is that the property can be left without staff support for short periods of time. The purpose of this service is to enable people to become more independent and we have an outcome-focused approach, using our Wellbeing Outcome Tool to enable people to identify and achieve their personal goals.

This is a 7 bed shared house, with shared sitting room, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, 2 bathrooms, a large well-kept back garden and a driveway to fit at least five average sized cars. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, and 4 bedrooms on the first floor.

Local area

Horley House is within 5 minutes walk of Horley town centre, with excellent transport links, including a railway station and a range of buses, and Gatwick airport, London, Brighton, and the nearby towns of Redhill and Crawley, are easily accessible. There is a range of local shops include a supermarket, and leisure facilities nearby.
