Horley House – Supported Living

Overview

Horley House is a supported living service for people with a mental health diagnosis.

What support is available

The service provides daytime shared support, and 1-1 support can be provided if required. At night there is 1 sleep-in staff to provide emergency support if needed. We can provide waking night staff if required. Currently the expectation is that the property can be left without staff support for short periods of time. The purpose of this service is to enable people to become more independent and we have an outcome-focused approach, using our Wellbeing Outcome Tool to enable people to identify and achieve their personal goals.
