Lesbourne Road contains five individual flats. Support is provided to five women all with a diagnosis of learning difficulties and/or autism.
What support is available
Support is flexible and will be provided to meet the needs of the individual. Outreach support is available Monday-Friday between 10-6pm. Each person has their own outcome-focused support plan and personalised active support plan. These are reviewed regularly and updated. Each person has a keyworker and will be introduced to a small team who work closely together to provide a consistent and high quality service.
Facilities
Each person has their own one bedroom flat. There is a small office for staff. There is also a patio area outside the front of the building.
Local area
The service is a 5 minute walk to Reigate town centre and local park. There are excellent transport links, including a railway station and various bus routes. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to Redhill town centre.
