Fir Tree Road is a shared supported living service in Banstead for up to 5 adults with a learning disability.
What support is available
The service provides person-centred care and support, and uses Active Support to meet the needs of each person, build their life skills and confidence, and enhance their wellbeing. The staff are provided with additional training and support in developing inclusive communication, including the use of assistive technology and intensive interaction.
Facilities
The service provides a warm welcoming home for 5 people, the majority of which have a flat as well as access to shared facilities; shared bathrooms, kitchen, lounge/diner, conservatory and a beautiful garden.
Local area
Fir Tree road is a short bus ride from Banstead town which offers a range of shops, and cafés. There is a leisure centre in Tadworth, 3 miles away; and a cinema 3.5 miles away in Epsom. Banstead also offers good transport links via train and bus.
