Caterham House provides five self-contained, converted studio flats, for adults with mental health needs.

Each flat enjoys a separate kitchen and bathroom. There are communal facilities which include: a large dining room, kitchen, laundry, conservatory, and a garden at the side and rear.
Local area
The property is in a residential road with shops nearby, and situated within fifteen minutes walk of Caterham town centre and the local railway station, with regular trains to London Bridge, Victoria and East Croydon. It has excellent links with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies.
