Colesmead is a supported living service providing 4 flats and 2 studio flats.
What support is available
Support is provided on a 1:1 basis to enable people with a learning disability, autism and mental health needs to live as independently as possible. Support staff are trained in Active Support, Positive Behaviour Support and mental health awareness. The service has a small communal area for social opportunities and a shared garden.
