Chestnut Court provides supported accommodation for 9 people with a primary diagnosis of learning disability and/or autism.
What support is available
Support is flexible, and is scheduled and provided to meet the needs of each individual via an outreach model. Each person has their own outcome-focused support plan, which are regularly reviewed and adapted to meet the changing needs of the individual as required. Each person has a key worker, and will be introduced to a small team who work closely together to provide a consistent, and high-quality service. Currently there are no staff on-site at night, but night staff can be provided if required.
Facilities
Each person has a one bedroom flat with separate bathroom or wet room, and open plan kitchen/dining/living area. There is parking at the front of a building, a well kept garden at the rear, as well as shared laundry facilities, communal sitting room and conservatory, and a staff office.
Local area
The property is mile from Redhill’s main shopping area with a frequent bus service. The town has excellent transport links, including a railway station and a range of buses, and Gatwick airport, London, Brighton, and the nearby towns of Reigate and Crawley, are easily accessible. There is a range of local shops include a supermarket, a local leisure centre, other sporting facilities; and East Surrey College.
