We are a bespoke single flats Supported Living newly refurbished accommodation for six individuals based on Brighton Road in Horley, Surrey, with a primary diagnosis of Autism, Epilepsy and Complex Care.
What support is available
Support is flexible, and will be provided to meet the needs of each individual. 24-hours support is available if required. Each person has their own outcome Focused Support Plan, and Personalized Active Support Plan. These are regularly reviewed and adapted to meet the changing needs of the individual as required. Each person has a key worker, and will be introduced to a small team who work closely together to provide a consistent, and high quality care and support at all times.
Facilities
Each person has their own flat, with one bedroom, kitchen, utility room, dining area and lounge. There is an office for staff and also a patio area to the rear of the house with a big, well-kept, garden for tenants use. We will have Man Cave in the Garden for the tenants to use when they want.
Local area
The property is within ten minutes’ walk of Horley’s main shopping area, with excellent transport links, including a railways station and a range of busses, and Gatwick airport, London, Brighton, and the nearby towns of Redhill, Reigate and Crawley, are easily accessible. There is a range of local shops include a supermarket, and various local and national shops, a local leisure centre, and other sporting facilities, East Surrey College & Crawley College.
