Active Prospects has been officially certified as a Great Place To Work for 2026–27.
The results show that 90% of colleagues believe Active Prospects is a great place to work, an increase from 89% last year.
What does the certification mean?
Great Place To Work Certification recognises organisations that create a positive employee experience, with colleague feedback being central to the assessment.
For Active Prospects, the certification provides independent recognition of the culture our colleagues experience. It also gives us detailed feedback that helps us understand what is working well and where we need to improve.
Colleagues feel proud of the difference they make
Some of our strongest results show how closely colleagues connect with our values and purpose at Active Prospects:
- 96% feel they make a difference here.
- 96% feel proud of what we accomplish.
- 95% say their work has special meaning and is not “just a job”.
- 94% feel good about how Active Prospects contributes to the community.
- 93% are proud to tell others they work here.
Great support starts with colleagues who feel proud of their work, valued for what they bring and able to make a difference.
Supporting colleagues to learn and develop
The survey also highlighted positive experiences of professional development:
- 92% said they are offered training or development to further themselves professionally.
Investing in our colleagues helps them to develop their careers while strengthening the knowledge and skills available across our services.
Listening does not stop with certification
Certification gives us an important reason to celebrate, but we also use the survey as an opportunity to listen, learn and move forward.
