Black Lives Matter

With the horrific murder of George Floyd in America, and resultant demonstrations, and the recent UK review of Covid-19 BAME impact, it once more highlights how we at Active Prospects must challenge racism and inequality in ourselves, our organisation, our communities and our wider lives – unintended or intended.

We must listen and understand the experiences and outcomes of our BAME staff, people we support and their families, and within our community, and identify where we need to change and do more to enable equality.
