Active Prospects Launches LGBT+ History Month Inclusion Network

We are pleased to announce the launch of our LGBT+ History Month Inclusion Network, a new staff‑led group created to strengthen inclusion across Active Prospects and ensure everyone feels valued, respected and able to contribute fully.

Launched at the start of LGBT+ History Month, the network’s first session brought colleagues together for open conversation, shared learning and identifying the themes they want to champion over the coming year. The group will play an important role in shaping how we continue to build an inclusive and equitable workplace, aligned with our values of being inclusive, caring, trusting and ethical.

This initiative reflects our wider commitment to creating environments where colleagues — and the people we support — can lead full and aspiring lives and experience dignity, respect and meaningful connection across all our services.

We look forward to seeing the network’s ideas and energy support positive change across our organisation in the year ahead.
