Active Prospects Celebrated in SE100 Index for Fifth Consecutive Year

We’ve made it again – Active Prospects has been recognised on the NatWest Pioneers Post SE100, the index of the UK’s 100 top-performing social enterprises.

Joel Hartfield, Director of Business Development at Active Prospects, said, “Being featured in the SE100 again recognises our success in helping people we support to live full and aspiring lives, whilst growing the business in tough economic times. Despite the funding and recruitment challenges facing social care, in the last five years we’ve created 50 new homes for people with complex needs who are moving from hospital settings. 95% of these placements have been successful, and it’s been amazing to see people’s personal success stories. For example, Mel spent twenty years in hospital, but since moving into her own home nearly three years ago, she’s not been back to hospital once.”

The awards, created and run by Pioneers Post in partnership with NatWest Social & Community Capital, celebrate the achievements of the UK’s most entrepreneurial, innovative and resilient social businesses during the past year. Read the full list here.
