A remarkable 92% of employees say they feel proud to work at Active Prospects, reflecting the meaningful impact of supporting people to lead aspiring lives.
As one colleague shared: “As a care company, it also cares for all staff… everyone is supported not only in their job role but as a person.” This culture of care is reflected in our approach to wellbeing, where we continue to grow and now sit 11% above other Great Place to Work accredited charities.
A strong sense of trust and support sits at the heart of our culture and is a key driver of the pride colleagues feel in the difference they make every day. 93% of employees tell us they feel good about the way Active Prospects contributes to the community, and 92% say they are proud of what we achieve together as an organisation.
Our value of belonging is central to this. It shapes our strategy, influences how we work, and guides the way colleagues and the people we support come together through shared events, celebrations, and meaningful moments. One colleague captured this:
“The people we support are welcome to get involved… this is special because you see the people directly you are supporting and making a better life for.”
“Being recognised nationally as the 8th best large employer in the Great Place to Work rankings – and the highest‑rated social care provider – speaks to the strength of our culture and the dedication of every person across Active Prospects. We succeed because our colleagues feel valued, respected, and a true sense of belonging. That culture directly shapes the exceptional quality of support we provide. When our people thrive, the people we support can lead truly aspiring lives – and that is what matters most.”
