Redhill House provides supported accommodation for 6 individuals, with a primary diagnosis of mental health needs.
What support is available
Support is flexible, and will be provided to meet the needs of each individual. 24-hour support is available if required. Each person has their own outcome-focused support plan, and personalised active support plan. These are regularly reviewed and adapted to meet the changing needs of the individual as required. Each person has a key worker, and will be introduced to a small team who work closely together to provide a consistent, and high quality service.
Facilities
Each person has their own bedroom, with shared bathrooms (two toilets, one bathroom and one wet room), kitchen, utility room, dining room and lounge. There is an office/sleep-in space for staff; and also a patio area to the rear of the house with a small, well-kept garden for tenants’ use.
Local area
The property is within 5 minutes’ walk of Redhill’s main shopping area, with excellent transport links, including a railway station and a range of buses. Gatwick airport, London, Brighton, and the nearby towns of Reigate and Crawley, are easily accessible. There is a range of local shops include a supermarket, a local leisure centre, and other sporting facilities; and East Surrey College.
