- Award-Winning Excellence: Active Prospects has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including being named the top large care employer in the UK and winning the Employer of the Year (Not for Profit) at the National Learning Disability and Autism Awards 2024.
- People we support success: Our commitment to creating bespoke homes and support systems has enabled over 50 people with complex needs to transition from institutional hospital settings to their own homes, significantly improving their quality of life.
- Focus on employee wellbeing: We have been recognised for our exceptional approaches to employee wellbeing and support for women in the workplace, reflecting our core values of care and inclusivity. Notably, 90% of our staff reported high levels of job satisfaction and wellbeing.
