- Fair Treatment Across All Demographics: Ensuring equitable treatment and opportunities for all employees, regardless of their background.
- Equitable Benefits: Reviewing and enhancing our benefits to ensure they meet the needs of all employees.
The GPTW survey, conducted from 7 October to 27 October 2024, was completely confidential, ensuring that all responses were anonymous. This confidentiality encourages honest feedback, which is crucial for our continuous improvement.
Following the survey, we will hold organisational and team-wide discussions to review the results and create action plans. These plans will focus on key areas such as psychological safety, fair treatment, and employee well-being. In January, HR will also share individual service results with teams and discuss areas to focus on.
We are eagerly awaiting the announcement in March 2025 to see if we are placed in the top organisations rankings. This year’s results are better than 2022, when we were the top-ranked large care employer. As we move forward, we will continue to build on our strengths and address the areas identified for improvement. Our goal is to create an even more inclusive, supportive, and innovative workplace where every team member can thrive.
