Job Title: Support Worker (Young People)
Salary: up to £19,292 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)

Active Prospects are recruiting for a Young People Support Worker to join our team at one of our supported living services located in Salfords, located near Redhill.
This supported living service supports 2 young people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The setup of the service is a bungalow split into 2 halves with rooms tailored and designed for the people we support. The aim of the service is to encourage and enable the people we support to become independent and learn new skills.

As a Young People Support Worker, you will be involved in assisting excellent care for the people we support which will include elements of personal care and administering medication. You will encourage and enable the people we support to become independent with domestic tasks such as cleaning their room, meal preparation and cooking as well as getting them involved in activities in the service and wider community.
Shifts: For this role, the hours are 7.5 hour shifts with the earliest starting at 7am and latest finishing time as 9:30pm.
