Active Prospects are recruiting for Young People Support Worker’s to join our team at our respite service, Young Prospects. This service supports and assists young people aged 18-30 to become independent and develop their skills including employability skills, domestic skills and life skills.
As a Young People Support Worker, you are involved in providing excellent support and care to the people we support which involves supporting them in domestic tasks, administering medication and supporting with personal care as and when required. You will be supporting people to achieve goals and aspirations by doing activities, attending events and using facilities to inspire the people we support. You will be supporting people in living life to the fullest and making the most of Active Prospects facilities and the wider community amenities.
This is a great career opportunity for someone with experience in mental health, autism or complex needs and is looking for the next step in their career.
