Active Prospects are recruiting for a Registered Service Manager to oversee our newly renovated service located in Leatherhead, Surrey.
This service will be supporting and assisting adults with learning disabilities and autism with complex needs in a supported living service. Each person we support will have their own independent flat to develop on their life skills and to become independent.

As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing and running an efficient supported living service helping people to achieve an aspiring life. You will be ensuring that the service meets the values of the organisation, and these are at the heart of everything we do.
You will need to demonstrate leadership values such as resilience, impact, authentic, communication skills, driving to outstanding, shares power and learn.
The role of the Registered Service Manager will be overseeing the delivery of care and support provided to the people we support and ensuring all requirements are met in line with the Care Act 2014 and CQC Regulatory Requirements. You will also be part of an on-call rota (once a quarter depending on sickness or annual leave)
To be considered for the role of the Registered Service Manager, you will need experience in a managerial role with background knowledge and awareness of mental health. You will need an NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards.
